"Change of The Guard" is the ninth track of Steely Dan's debut album Can't Buy A Thrill. The track was covered by Danish band Shu-Bi-Dua, who performed the song in both English and Norweigan.
According to some sources, "Change of The Guard" was performed during the 1972 tour as an encore. The track was likely dropped from setlists before the 1973 tour began.
