2009: Rent Party

2009 was a big year for live Steely Dan. This tour introduced album nights, which added many forgotten tracks like "My Rival" to sets. Along with full album nights, there were also greatest hits nights and "internet request" nights, where fans could vote on what songs they wanted to hear live. Another big change involved the track "Reelin' In The Years" returing to encore status after 13 years of absence, with the track being performed twice at some shows. It ended up taking the place of "FM (No Static At All)", which had been a common show closer since 1993. There was also a smaller European tour titled "Left Bank Holiday" which is included on this page.
